Kate's Bio
My name is Kate and I am a 30-year-old freelance writer and stay-at-home mom from Ontario, Canada. I am married and have two beautiful daughters, Paige and Madison.
I have always been very passionate about writing and writing about weddings has allowed me to combine that passion with my other passion - weddings and wedding planning. Before I was married I was certain that I wanted a huge, formal wedding and we ended up having a destination wedding with nobody but us and a pastor. Needless to say, in order to come to this decision, it took a lot of mind-changing and consideration of different scenarios. Because I learned so much, I became extremely interested in weddings and how other people did it and have been able to incorporate much of what I've written into my writing work.
